Please join us for a summer evening trail work session on the 21st August at the brilliant Masterblaster trail on the beautiful Glen Tanar Estate, near Aboyne, Aberdeenshire.
Meeting at 6:30pm at a small forest entrance off the B976. To find this location, please drive west on the South Deeside Road from Aboyne towards Glen Tanar estate. On your left, after a few hundred metres, we shall install our green ATA feather flags so you know you have arrived.
A short session is required to attend to a piece of poor trail drainage so we aim to be finished at 9:00pm. All you require is stout boots, appropriate clothing for the weather conditions, and sometimes midge repellent is useful at this location.
This should be a really good session, topping off some final work to this trail before winter. We would love to have you along, especially if you have never done any trail work before this is a good chance to be involved before the end of the summer. All work is endorsed by the ATA's existing relationship with Glen Tanar Estate.
Please follow this link to let us know that you wish to attend. We shall send a final instructions email out to all attendees just prior to the event.
